How we handle contact-form data in San Antonio

This policy applies to SanAntonioEmergencyPlumber.com, operated as San Antonio Emergency Plumber in San Antonio, Texas. We do not publish a street address on this site. The public phone is (726) 259-2264. A public email appears only if the site owner has configured one.

Information we collect

The contact form asks for a name, phone number, optional email, service type, ZIP code, optional job address, and a description of the plumbing problem. Server logs may also include an IP address and a timestamp. We use that information to respond to a service request and to see whether the property sits in San Antonio or a listed nearby city.

How requests are stored

Submitted forms are validated, stored on the server that receives them, and emailed to danny@rightkeysolutions.com with a copy to sganeshomg@gmail.com. If Resend is configured, the API sends that mail. Otherwise the browser uses FormSubmit as a fallback. We do not sell form data. We do not run a review widget that would require extra tracking.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not require an account. If a hosting platform adds its own cookies or a future analytics tag is installed, that vendor’s policy applies in addition to this page. We will not hide a third-party pixel inside a fake chat badge.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete a stored request by using the contact form and stating that you want the record removed. Do not send payment card numbers through the form. This site is not a payment portal.
