Boerne’s official door is the City of Boerne. This is Kendall County, not a San Antonio annex. If your paperwork still says Bexar by habit, stop and look. We keep this page so a Main Street overflow and a ranch leak on a caliche drive are not filed as “north SA.”

The Cibolo Center for Conservation (Cibolo Nature Center) is the green landmark on the creek side of town. We use it to place nearby neighborhoods, not to claim park plumbing contracts.
I-10 is how San Antonio-based drivers arrive. Night ETAs depend on weather in the hills, not just mileage. If the low-water crossing on your ranch road is already running, say that in the form.
The work that shows up
Restaurant laterals and grease on Main. Guest-house heaters that nobody flushed. Slab leaks in production pockets south of town. Septic on the ridges. A well house that froze a little in a rare cold snap and split a hose bib.
Tourist weekends fill short-term rentals. That is a clog pattern, not a personality judgment. We would rather jet a kitchen line on Monday than pretend a store snake ended it.

Ranch roads need gate codes and a warning about livestock and low water. A split hose bib at a barn can wait until daylight unless it is emptying a well. A split line in a finished house cannot wait. Keep that distinction so night work stays honest.
