Cibolo’s official door is the City of Cibolo. It sits against Schertz and the I-35 towns, which is why GPS lies. Permits, inspections, and street-cut rules start here when the lot is here. We write this page so an FM 1103 backup is not filed as a generic northeast San Antonio ticket.

What a Cibolo request should include
Write FM 78 versus FM 1103 versus a named park in the first line. Those are different van plans. Write whether the yard is already standing water. Those two lines stop a lot of wrong first tools.

Housing stock and water that still scales
Cibolo’s newer tracts hide PVC that looks clean on a camera until wipes pack a bend. Older pockets near Main still surprise people with iron and a cleanout that has not been opened in a decade. Both fail. They fail differently. Write the decade if you know it.
