Official questions start at Universal City. The city sits along Kitty Hawk and Pat Booker, close to Randolph. That proximity changes traffic and hotel load. It does not make us the base plumber. We will not invent that contract.

Veterans Park on East Aviation sits along Cibolo Creek walking trails. Creek-adjacent yards hold water after a rise. A wet yard is not automatically a slab leak.
