Those park names help a driver more than “by the Forum.” Weekend retail traffic on the interstate frontage changes how a van parks. Say if you need a rear approach.
Neighbors: Schertz, Live Oak, Universal City, and Cibolo. Use the hall, not the shopping habit.
What fails on these lots
Holiday grease. Running toilets. Garage tanks that never got flushed. Slab hiss after a new floor. A cleanout buried behind an HOA-friendly shrub.
